Abstract
Background
: While it is common for breast cancers to metastasise to the lungs, pulmonary metastasis to the breast is very rare.
Case Report
: We report a case of pulmonary metastasis to breast in a 61-year-old lady on the background of a previous breast cancer. She was treated with a combination of surgery and immunotherapy.
Conclusion
: The management and prognosis for primary and secondary breast cancers differ significantly. Therefore, an accurate diagnosis is crucial to ensure adequate individual treatment.
