Abstract
Leprosy is a chronic granulomatous infectious disease of the skin and peripheral nerves characterized by hypoesthetic skin lesions, thickened nerves and presence of Mycobacterium leprae in the skin smears. It classically presents with neural or dermal signs and symptoms. Ulnar nerve is most commonly involved. We hereby report a case of leprosy who presented with multiple intradermal abscesses which is very unusual and with best of our knowledge it has not been reported earlier in literature.
