Abstract
Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy or “Rosai-Dorfman”s syndrome is a rare benign disease of unknown etiology. This condition generally presents as massive bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy. Nearly half of the patients will have extranodal involvement, 75% occurring in sites in the head and neck. Involvement of nose and paranasal sinuses is very rare. We are discussing a rare case of Rosai Dorfman disease which clinically presented as malignancy of maxillary sinus.
