Abstract
Caudal anesthesia is commonly practiced regional procedure which is quick to learn and easy to perform but not risk free. Unrecognized and disregarded, inadequate or failed block may cause grave consequences ranging from straining to death. In order to achieve safety “vigilance” should the motto of attending anesthesiologist.
