Abstract
Background: Paraganglioma is a rare benign neuroendocrine tumor of autonomic nervous system which is extremely uncommon at filum terminale. Case Report: We hereby discuss the clinico-patho-radiological features of a paraganglioma in a 29-year-old male patient who presented with low backache and lower limb radicular symptoms. Conclusion: Although, there are no pathognomonic MR imaging findings, the presence of peripheral hypointense rim and prominent flow voids may give a clue to the diagnosis of paraganglioma.
