Abstract
Background
: We present what we believe to be the first description of an arthroscopically assisted approach to treat a patient with an osteo-chondral fracture associated with anterior labral lesion after a traumatic shoulder dislocation from a fall during snow-boarding.
Case Report
: We used a SmartNail
®
for the fixation of the osteo-chondral fragment, followed by an arthroscopic anterior labrum repair with Lupine
®
suture anchors. The procedure is presented in a video.
Conclusion
: Arthroscopically aided reduction and internal fixation can be considered as a possible treatment of osteo-chondral shoulder fracture.
Keywords :
